Forward Looking Management

The book is the playbook.
The work is the session.

Two ways a leadership team can use Designed for Volatility. Both start the same way: a written diagnostic report, then a complimentary discovery conversation.

Start here
1. Fragility Diagnostic

Get a written report

Fifteen minutes. You receive a written report on hidden fragility — protected core, option portfolio, decision rights, and learning cadence.

2. Discovery conversation

Then we talk

Complimentary. Phone or video. We review your report, outline pathways, discuss onsite options, and agree who from your side has to be in the session. We do not take an onsite without this conversation.

90 minutes

Working session

The team names the fragility, draws the protected core, and leaves with a 90-day cadence they can run without us. Not a keynote.

  • Name the fragility the last shock exposed
  • Draw the protected core on one page
  • Leave with a 90-day cadence the team owns

Working group

A small group of business leaders, a copy of the book at every seat, and recurring meetings on a 90-day cadence — not a launch event.

  • One book per seat — the playbook is the shared language
  • Option portfolio with kill rules, reviewed in the working group
  • Built for teams already mid-disruption, not for spectators

Who should be in the session

Business leaders who can change a cadence or a decision right — typically the COO, CHRO, CIO, CEO, and whoever actually holds those rights when the next shock hits. If those people will not attend, do not book the session.

How the book shows up

Retail and bulk copies go live when the book ships. Until then, the diagnostic report is the first artifact, and the working session still runs.

Two people. Multiple perspectives. One playbook. If we cannot leave you with something the team will use, we should not take the meeting.
